Can you rate the sony ericsson w810i?

For people that have a w810i can you let me know what features it has on it and if its worth buying and also where i can get a cheap pay as you go for it

I don't have this phone but Tesco online and comet have them at really good prices, not a great choice of networks though but you can easily get it unlocked for around £10.

And for the person who said you should only get a cool phone if you have a contract ..... WHY????
Not everyone who uses a mobile wants a contract or finds the amount they spend would justify forking out the monthly charges. I know my usage doesn't justify it so i use PAYGO as i text more than i chat but i still want a cool phone and i don't have to worry about running up a huge bill, can only use spend what's in the phone.

CINGUAR and it is TOO COOL! here are the SPECS:

The good: The Sony Ericsson W810i is augmented by an attractive design; an improved keypad; great music quality; and a generous range of exceptional features, including Bluetooth, a 2-megapixel camera, an MP3 player, a memory card slot, and a speakerphone.

The bad: The Sony Ericsson W810i suffers from staticky call quality and glitchy music transfer software. Also, it lacks a Bluetooth stereo profile, and the integrated memory is limited to 20MB.

The bottom line: Sony Ericsson succeeds again with its third Walkman phone for the U.S. market, but the W810i brings only minor improvements over earlier models.

Who's it for?
Music lovers; people who want a music phone with a decent amount of memory; people who want a different style of Walkman phone

I like:
Large colour screen; 3G connectivity; stereo Bluetooth; expandable Memory Stick Duo Pro slot with 1GB included; 3.5mm adapter; variety of fun and useful pre-installed applications

I don't like:
Lack of autofocus and xenon flash on the camera; inability to end calls by sliding the phone shut; lack of space at the top row of keys on the keypad

Things i want:
Stereo Bluetooth headset

I have the sony ericsson w600i and its very convenient. I can listen to downloaded music or the radio and watch tv or check my email. the picture quality isn't fabulous but it's pretty good for upclose pics. It came with like 3 ringtones and the speaker isn't very clear. Considering the one you want is a higher number it's probably better than mine so i'll say yeah its a good quality phone but definetly compare it to other phones to be certain. Hope i helped.

If you cant afford a contract and need to get a pre-paid phone, you should not be worrying about getting a cool phone Worry about pay your bill 1st!
