It's a terrible thing when a guy says that. It simply means that he only cares about you because of the sex you can give him. I think it's very stupid for a guy to even mention such terminology. He should be saying things like "you make me feel special", "you make feel like I'm worth so much". He should express that you make him feel so much better.

He's an ex for a reason. I think he said what you wanted to hear, whether it is true or not, only he really knows. I think you have to consider the situation. Yes its good if your man says you make him orgasm lots however, like I said, I think it was the situation your ex was trying to get out of
