i like MollyMAM's answer because it eliminates 1 step
if you just multiply the sales tax by the price you then have to add the 32 back on to the sales tax. MollyMAM's answer eliminates one step by multiplying 1.07*32=34.24
so in essence, no he does not have enought $$ to buy that radio

32*0.07=2.24
Now, add it back to $32:
32+2.24=34.24
