1600 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, DC

But if you just address the envelope as

The White House
Washington, DC

it'll get there.

Thought since you already have the 1600 Penn thing a dozen times here---- that I would take the digital route

President@whitehouse.gov

(highly unlikely that he'll actually get what you send--but it will arrive there and be read by one of the many many staffers and routed thru the two and a half million miles of red tape and worm scans that happen in a deal like this--- but--- go to the address and you ain't gettin in either !!!!!)

The Hon. George W. Bush c/o
The Office of the President
1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Washington D.C. 20006

If you want your letter to get through, address it like that, and be polite.
It'll have a 10% chance to get seen by the prez.
That's pretty good odds considering they get so much mail.

A letter adressed to the White House, DC would likely do it but I see that someone has already provided the actual one for you.
