u can tell ur kundali maker that is ur family bhramin or simpily go to a stationery shop n ask the person for the same or tell him that u need the particular paper 4 ur new borns footprints u can request him to order one 4 u or ask him where will u get it .still if u dont get it,take a new unwashed hankerchief make a swastik at any corner u desire let ur child wet its feet in a thali with more of kumkum (water mixed)n take prints on it n frame that or fold it n keep it in ur worshiping place(home)

you could probaby use regular foot print paper and draw whatever on it
