Yes, I have and more often since I became an adult.

There's no definite to anything in life except death. I rarely had lucid dreams as a kid. People looked at me like I was lieing when I said that you could control your dream if you know it's a dream so I didn't think there'd be information on it. Thought I was special. After growing up, I looked it up on the internet and found out I wasn't special. Since reading on it, I've had many.

On the other hand, my children have them more often than I did or do now. Of course they do have the advantage over me since my parents never spoke of anything like lucid dreaming.

Kids might have more because they have the biggest and yet smallest of imagination...whatever they know is very basic, and maybe they don't sleep very deep as us adults do. Having a lucid dream depends on how deep you are asleep...i think lol but yea, i've had some, pretty cool when you can control your surrondings...atleast in mine, such as, flying etc...

I have. I don't know why kids have more. In fact I didn't know that they were supposed to have more lucid dreams than adults.

I am 58 and have had lucid dreams my whole life. I don't think it is something you lose, I think it is something that your subconcious wants you to lose so that you will seem to fit into society like all the other lemmings. Don't lose sight of it and it won't go away.
