my husband got laid off and i stared a job. but is only paying for our rent he is looking for job it is hard to find one wher we live we have three boys ages 8,2,5, thank you for any help

You don't give much information, and i see you have put two questions both the same up. I will take this at face value and assume it is genuine.
It is possible to cut right down at Christmas, and if you are really desperate then go to family and friends to ask for help - not money but things to make Christmas nice for the boys.
You cant expect anonymous people on Yahoo answers to really be able to help you with so little information. We have no idea where you live - or even which country.
If you are in the UK - if you cant ask family/friends/neighbours, then go to the local church and ask for help. Or contact The Salvation Army.
If it is presents you need for the kids, well you can get loads of things cheaply at charity shops.

There are jobs for those not too proud to take them.I have seen homeless men earn about $10 an hour panhandling.

A lot of church's in my area have a pick a family out of a hat and supply them with x-mas treats and gifts. Talk to your church. Also, our township was a drive that gives gifts (only - no food) to children whose parents can't afford it. So, check with your township.
