Can anyone tell me where are the best place to visit there? It seems there is so much to see. If you have been there what has your experience been like? Where did you travel?

Although is a small country you will have many things to see. Since you are coming springtime stay in Athens to see the old city and some basic ancient monuments like Acropolis and choose an island. The Cyclades islands are the most popular full of white little houses with colorful windows. Myconos and Santorini are the most popular ones with lots of nightlife but almost anywhere you choose to go, nightlife will not be a problem. Rhodes is a big island with a medieval touch and Crete (also big) is one of the places that is more in touch with Greek traditions.
Everywhere you go in Greece, history follows you cause everywhere there are places with ancient or byzantine monuments to see and bars and clubs are everywhere for you night entertainment. It's a good thing that you chose springtime cause the prices are very reasonable.

Best time to go would be in April or May. It's off peak season, so it'll be cheaper. There are a lot of historical places to visit in and around Athens. The islands of Mykonos and Santorini are breath-taking; a must visit.

Well.. I have been there twice.. The first time I went to Rhodes(Island of Rhodes) and to the island of Crete.. I enjoyed Rhodes but Crete was not that interesting. LOTS and LOTS of grapes(white grapes hanging around everywhere.
The second time was interesting.. There is MUCH to see in Athens itself but I took a bus(along with the chickens and goats) to Karpanese and Microhava.. all north of Athens , high in the mountains

ive been to greece many times going to different islands each year, but now we've found Kos (Kos Town) to be our favourite and now we go back every year.
the people are really friendly , and you get a mixture of nightlife, depending on which side of Kos town you are
