And answerers answer It,do you give them a thumbs_up as ou scroll down,good or bad,I do It for no reason at all,but,If It's bad you get thumbs down,but,If people just answer It,I give thumbs-up.

I give out thumbs up, mostly, unless a person is being an @ss, or rude, then I give them a thumbs down.
In my own questions, I give thumbs up to all the good answers, thumbs down if they give ignorant answers, etc.

Nah... I just give thumbs ups to the people who either made me smile or chuckle... I still really dislike the people who give all of the answers to my questions a thumbs down... :-)

I give them a thumbs up if I agree with them and a thumbs down if I disagree with them. Seems fair enough....

I do. If someone takes the time to answer one of my questions I always give a rating. I think its only polite to do so.
