Well You should really stretch your back a lot because in you want to do a back walkover you HAVE to have a flexible back.Try doing lots of bridges and backbends. And while in your bridge/backbend press your chest against a wall so it becomes flat. Also do a bridge or a backbend on your couch and use the arm rest to kick over. Keep trying and soon you'll be great! If you need any more help just email me at Mccayla_Mishy@yahoo.com

Hate to mention but when your dad may not aid you, I desire that your mother will. I am a center university cheerleading train and cheerleading isn't low cost. Of direction center schoolers shouldn't have jobs to pay for camp, uniforms, and so on. and despite the fact that you would get a role, you don't have time to paintings and pass to after university practices, conferences, and video games.... and bear in mind assignments. You will want any person to support you pay the expenditures. Is your cheerleading squad conventional or recreation? A conventional squad is the squad that does the pep rally, cheers at video games from the sidelines, and might do a part time efficiency. A recreation squad is a squad that travels across the country competing. Most of the game squads are co-ed, particularly proficient, highly complicated stunts, killer flips, you get the factor. Its just like the Bring it On Squads. If your university has a conventional squad, all you need to do is have a few variety of rhythm and get a former cheerleader or person who has already made the squad to train you. You would pass to a UCA camp. They will train you the fundamentals of cheerleading. I believe this would be the nice choice. If your squad is a recreation squad, your possibilities of constructing the squad are very narrow until you may have had years of gymnastics. Whatever occurs, I desire you the nice of good fortune. Keep making an attempt and paintings rough. Remember Cheerleading is rough paintings, if it used to be any less difficult, it could be known as Football!

Im as well trying to learn a backwalk over. First you will need to know how to do a bridge. Maybe you can have a friend or family member spot you with the backwalk over? When your in the bridge position, have someone lift up your legs and basically do it for you. This will get you used to the feeling of backwalk overs. Work on handstands (if you can do them) as this will help arm strength, also maybe lift some light weights in each arm a few times a day to work on arm strength. Keep trying the backwalk overs, you will get them! Good luck at tryouts!
