Well, the nationality is American (that is, if you're in America; I assume you are because of your spelling).
Hispanic and Filipino people may both have some Spanish ancestry. Much of the south Americas was ruled by the Spanish Empire. The Philippines also were for a time. So your baby probably has a little Spanish blood.
Obviously, he or she is also partly Hispanic, partly Filipino, and partly Caucasian (white).
I would describe it however you want to. Does your husband identify more with being Filipino or being Caucasian? You could say Hispanic/Caucasian or Filipino/Hispanic or any combination of them, like Filipino/Caucasian/Hispanic.
I think if it was my child, when people ask his or her ethnicity, I'd just proudly say "American"! That is truly what the Americans of the future will be like.

Both of you contribute half the baby's genes, so the baby's ethnicity is half yours and half the father's... your baby will be hispanic, white and filipino.

Isn't nationality where you were born? Are you maybe referring to ethnicity?
For example, I am an American because I was born in the US, but I am half Irish and half Cherokee. Those are two different things.

It is supposed to go by what the father is. I am white and my husband is black. Legally my children are black. I do believe that now they give you a choice of other or even mixed when filling out forms.
