Selling your timeshare is really challenging. Whatever you do, DON'T go with one of those companies that charge you up front to cover their "advertising costs". There's no guarantee that they'll ever sell your timeshare, and you might as well throw that money in the street.

There's a company called timesharerelief.com. I don't know how good they are, or what their deal is, but they make you some sort of "offer". As with all these companies, approach with caution.

Timeshares are bad investments so you shouldn't have bought in the first place. That doesn't help you but will help others hopefully. Suggest you advertise - can you sell it on ebay perhaps.

use it or let it out to others. You wil be obligued to pay maintenance for the term, so allthough its painful pay it, rent it out at a loss, and put it down to bad experience
