I would recommend that someone at age 14 to see their doctor so that that he/she can inform her of the risks of her pregnancy. There's really no accurate way to tell you the chances that one or one's baby will die, but seeing the doctor will give you a better idea of that answer. I do know that someone at age 14 certainly may not have as much of a chance as someone of ages 25-35 and who weights more but stranger things have happened.

i become 19 once I had my first. i didn't want a sprint one yet through fact i become stupid i did not do something to stay away from it the two. with the help of the time somebody is an grownup, i even have no say in what they do with themselves. i become terrified yet grew to become out to be an remarkable mom and nevertheless am. my daughter is now 10 (11 feb. 5th ). I truthfully have achieved an remarkable job coaching my toddlers manners, morals, and values. I truthfully have saved them sparkling and had a sparkling abode for them. we've coverage so we aren't and did not ever stay off the state. I truthfully have on no account had to have absolutely everyone pay a dime for my toddlers so what's so incorrect with a 19 or 20 twelve months previous being a mom. as long as they develop that toddler good and financially look after it, like it then issues are effective. i finished going to events, i enjoyed being a mom the minute i held her and that i grew up. not all do yet plenty do. i do have faith some are immature yet heck i understand 30 twelve months olds that are greater immature than i become at 19. something else I truthfully have observed is that those (19 and older) that are the main immature are those that have not become mothers and fathers yet.

A lot lower than if you are 24 and 130 pounds. My midwife once told me that of all of her clients, it was the 14-17 year olds that had a tendency to get through labour in a couple of hours and still have a handful of energy left afterward. Younger mothers are also less inclined to use possibly dangerous interventions during labour, such as epidural anaethesia, morphine, synthetic oxytocin, etc., and thus give birth to healthier babies.

Oh, to be young again.

Anyway, good luck, and stay away from western medicine in childbirth.

I weighed less than 100 lbs when I got PG each time (pre-PG weight), even though I was 28 yo with my first PG. (Gained around 27 lbs each time.) All healthy pregnancies and all uncomplicated, unmedicated births with healthy babies.

If the mother gets good prenatal care and eats a good diet during pregnancy, I don't see why she and her baby can't have a good outcome.

If this is your situation, you need to see a doctor. They will assist you with the pregnancy, giving nutritional advice, etc.. to help it be as healthy as possible.

Pregnancy and birth is full of risks. That is why we seek medical support!

It all depends on how tall you are, how much weight you've gained and if you are eating right. Make sure to keep seeing your doctor regularly to make sure everything is going fine. I myself weighed 100 lbs at full term and delivered a perfectly healthy girl who 9 years later is almost as tall as me.

Just take good care of yourself, eat right and see your doctor and hopefully all will be fine. Best luck.

Be sure to get proper medical care but, women who are small in stature have been having babies for thousands of years and they really do not have any more problems these days than other people. In fact you may be better off than a really big person.

I think it's more probale that you may not be able to have more children more likely than death. A girl I know had a similar situation when she was 15 and after she had her daughter she is unable to have more children.

Probably the same as any other pregnancy, these days it's not so un-common.
