It's excellent, both for you and the baby, to exercise moderately. If you didn't do it before, start with light walking, prenatal yoga, or pregancy videos. I use the Denise Austin "fit pregnancy" one because it divides your exercises into trimesters.
It's not safe to do any contact exercises, or to be flat on your back once you get to your fourth month. But moderate intensity exercise can make labor easier and help you maintain a healthy body before and after you have the baby. Good luck!

I don't know of any good websites, but if you are already exercising before you become pregnant then it is usually ok to continue doing so. If you want to start exercising then you should make sure it is ok by your doctor first!!

I really don't know of any... but just wanted to tell you.. I go to a 24-hour fitness club and one day one lady caught my attention... it was this beautiful blond... I did not realized she was pregnant until I saw her once I approached her.. she looked like in a late stage in her pregnancy, but she was in one of those elliptical machines... working out intensely... I don't know about any body opinion, but I think this lady is going to have a healthy labor and she is going to recover a whole lot faster that anybody who is sedentary...
