First off, I think the term you need to refer to is 'black' not 'coloured' . Although I am a woman, and probably don't have the answer you are looking for, and assuming you are referring to a male's manhood, not height!...my answer would be that, size will vary man to man, regardless of their race, just as a woman's breast size varies from woman to woman, regardless of their race. Be happy with what you have, afterall it's not size that matters but how you use it!!

Thats a bit of a generalisation but the most likely reason is that their bodies evolved to cope with the environment they were living in.

In asia, certainly in older generations, it is a nutritional issue. The average height of Japanese, for example, has been increasing rapidly since WWII
