Better save some money for University and learn to become a writer so you can put those great ideas on paper.

In the meantime write down your ideas, the characters and build up the story and add new thoughts as they come to you over time. It's your idea...you may not be happy with what someone else ends up doing with it.

You can try to right it yourself. Try to be as descriptive as possible. Add how the characters feel. How they look.
Details are important. Hope I helped. By the way, can I know what your idea is? I can help you write it. IF you want.

Send your idea to an author at his/her website and tell them what you think. Maybe they will get back to you to tell you it is a great idea or that you are an idiot. I have had that happen to me twice, but I have also gotten good responses from several of my favorite authors. Good Fortune to you.
