Unless they impeach Bush and put him on trial for war crimes it means nothing.

*It pwns* go back to playing your online game, mattmaulmoron.
This is all speculation.
If Bush is impeached, it will blow up in the Dems face just like the Repubs when they Impeached Clinton in Dec 1998.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment_of_Bill_Clinton
Repubs will not majority on them with anything.
If Bush vetoes all Dem's bills to hell and back, then that will blow up in the Repub's face again. If Dem's don't impeach bush, then the wacko Liberals (they know who they are) will just not vote anyways or toss their vote away on independents, losertarian or green, you know, the throw away parties.
It's Veto vs. Impeachment for the next two years.
That will decide who is in the Oval Office next.
I wouldn't feel so bad if we had a yellow dog or blue dog Democrat in the Whitehouse in 08. That's much better than McCain the RINO.
Funny how the Conservatives aren't calling "CHEATER! ELECTION FRAUD! STEALER!" When this whole time Bush was magically linked to the Diebold Machines. We didn't Al Gore this into the courts. It's not Manbearpig all over again.
Conservatives can lose with grace, we don't have to move elsewhere. It's all worth the while to have a Republican in the white house though, so I can continue asking the Libs when they will finally move to Canada!

I am not very happy with the results of the election. BUT there were a lot of people who were not happy about the Iraq situation. We will see how those same people respond when there is another attack on US soil. I hope that the president following Bush will be a Republican, our govermental system was made to be used in checks and balances....if the Democrats rule the Hosue, Senate, and Presidency....that would be against the principles of our government.

I will be happy if the Democrats reduce taxes, balance the budget, and make our military a lot stronger than it is now. The Republicans sure failed miserably and got the whupping they deserve.
If they fail to do those first two things, you'd better save your money, because you will be paying off the national debt and the government will be broke, so it won't be able to give you Social Security to take care of you when you are in your Geezerhood of life.
The good news is that none of that will matter if the Democrats fail to strengthen the military. There's always going to be some rogue nation that can and will blow us back to the Stone Age.
That's our legacy to you. Aren't you glad you asked?

I feel the democrates did not win any any merits, since they complain nicely but did not present any plans for anything. So they won as a resutl of a rejection of Iraq policy, not becuase they had some great ideas. In 1994 the Republicans presented a "Contract for America" where they stated 10 items they wanted to accompiish. as a result they won big after 40 years of Democratic control. The dems had no scuh plans and we still don't know what they stand for.
PS 7 of the 10 items the GOP professed they would do, were accomplished. Of course Clinton took crdit for that.

Hurray for you, being interested in whats going on is a key component in being a future leader. Or at the very least an informed adult. I am so glad that Democrats have risen back up. Now, if they just use the opportunity to strengthen the backbone of this country which is the middle class. Bush claims that there isn't even scientific evidence of global warming, thats why he's done nothing to slow it down. I think its about time for some reality, don't you.

If you haven't figured it out by now, it doesn't really matter. All political parties have the same agenda, lie to the public, reap the benefits that puts more money in their own pockets and to hell with everyone else. The best quote I have ever heard about politicians was from Will Rogers during the 1924 election of Teddy Roosevelt when Rogers' was asked what he thought of the election this is what he said: ' Suppose you were a politician; and suppose you were an idiot; but I repeat myself '. That pretty much sums up what all politicians aspire to in this country and around the world.

I think it would be great if a Democrat were elected president. I don't think the US could survive another 12 straight years of Republican rule.

I thinks its a glorious day to be an American. I knew the dems were going to win the House, but to win the Senate is as good a christmas present as I could ask for.The republicans had control of everything and blew it. Now the dems must prove that they can work with the republicans, if they dont' there screwed. The moderate voters are the ones who decide elections and they have spoken. Long live democracy.
Thank you for asking.

Now there's a swap, a liberal affirming that conservatives have "radical perspectives." so that you admit that conservatives have perspectives. Now to attempt to respond to this absurd question with an both absurd answer. No, it would want to be no help for democratic libs to go back to a sight that's already overpopulated with liberals, yet regardless of if the loons kept quiet, it would want to do no strong, they are not smart sufficient to absorb rational wondering. Plus, liberalism is genetic, in order to't carry liberals in charge for his or her opinion, they can no longer help themselves. a sparkling study has stumbled on that liberal ideology is better then a social aspect; that's a genetic aspect too, brought about through a gene referred to as DRD4. Tagged "the liberal gene," DRD4 is the first particular little bit of human DNA that predisposes people to precise political beliefs. The study subsidized through the nationwide technology starting up position, and executed through James H. Fowler, a professor of both clinical genetics and political technology on the college of California, San Diego and Harvard college's Nicholas A. Christakis. If a liberal ideology is genetic, can or not that's handed on on your babies? no doubt about it, the researchers say. wager the in hardship-free words authentic answer might want to be to get rid of them from the gene pool provides new intending to stuck on stupid.
