i hate it by 3rd hour my eye makeup is bleeding off, shuheez lol any suggestions, other than getting a new brand i buy what i can afford

i know liquid eyeliner is better but i wear my eyeliner right across my lash line wish is crazy hard to do with liquis eyeliner

well how much does a good eyeliner cost i have four different brands, three of them are from avon but are different kinds not really different brand then i have nyc and another one the most expensive one i bought was 14 dollars and it bleeds as well

ok listen i am not "one of those people" that dont know where to put my eyeliner on, i put it where it looks best in my opinion, if i put it on that part my eyes look smaller if i put it underneath and directly to the lashes they look bigger and darker k thanks next suggestion

have you tried powdering after applying eyeliner? try that, if it makes your eyeliner too light, re-apply eyeliner where needed after powdering yr face.....good luck! i hate that too!

Mhmm, I have had this problem.This is because you may be putting in on in the wrong spot. If you are one of the many people that put eyelinerBelow your Bottom lashes then that is a problem. You put the eyeliner on the part of your eyelid thing that is above you eyelashes sorta where they come out of... Another mistake.. dont put eyeliner ON your Bottom Eyelashes. This way... you wouldnt have to bother about getting a new eyeliner. ;]

I use liquid for the same reason. I've been told to dab concealer under my eyes, then put powder on top of that. A quick zip with a pen/wand is soooo much easier.

I have that problem too. I always just thought my skin was too oily. I'm able to wear the liquid eyeliner better than the stick.

Honestly, that's why some eyeliners are more expensive than others. If you aren't willing to invest in eyeliners that won't run, don't wear eyeliner at all. Runny eyeliner looks worse than none.

I use Line Perfect by covergirl. It tends to last me about 8 hours without bleeding. It is only about $4.

Try using an eyeshadow over your pencil liner or in place of the pencil. Apply using a thin brush.

burn/heat up the tip of your eye liner with a match or a lighter and it will stay on your eyes all day. try it. be careful though.
