This question has nothing to do with interracial Relationships, because most relationships are interracial. When 2 "White" people get together they are considers the same race but, may come from different backgrounds. No one blinks a eye about that.
When a black man dates a white woman people get up in arms. So many double standards!! It's really just sad. To say that races should mix. You can have black friends but don't have sex because, blah, blah, blah.
2006 and it sounds like we are still in the 50's. I can't believe it.
Here is a kick in the *** for you all? What about a gay "interracial" relationship. Two "wrongs" must make it right, huh? How about this question when are people going to stop pointing fingers and assume responsibility for their own actions and beliefs?
Oh' and when I see a mixed couple dating it WARMS MY HEART TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE COMING TOGETHER WITH DEEPER UNDERSTANDING THEN SKIN COLOR OR GENDER!!

Yes I am in an interracial relationship but I never really thought about what others are thinking or saying. I guess I could care less what their little minds think or what their little thoughts are. Others opinions of who I love have no bearing in my life.

I think they're a good thing. I know lots of people in interracial relationships (including myself). I think they mean that people are finally starting to get over the racial issues that have divided and preoccupied this country since its founding.

Yes, I know of lots. I don't think anything of them. It's not such a big deal -especially in a large city. I suppose if you lived in a small town then people might not be use to it. I think it's a good thing -worldly and cosmopolitan.

I am white and my wonderful boyfriend is black. I know some people don't like it, and it makes me feel really bad sometimes. However, we love eachother so much and he is my best friend. People can make me cry by saying hateful things, but in the end he makes me so happy it is worth it. He is a keeper!

My son is Black and his wife is Puetro Rican, if she's the one that makes him happy i have nothing againest it. Love is no color lines, you just love who you love. I could care less when i see two people of different races together, if they're happy then more power to them. The main concern is being treated right and not being abused!

yes, I do. my stepsister has a black b/f and 2 bi-racial daughters. my brother has had black g/f and he now has a Filipino g/f. I have no problem with their interracial relationships, and they have no problem with my lesbian one...
if 2 consenting, unrelated adults love each other, it shouldn't matter what their race, gender, religion or culture is. love is love...live and let live!
