Some people belive in them, some don't. Some people will tell you yes, some will tell you no. You just have to choose what to believe. I, personally, believe they are there. But that's just me. You have to make your own desicion.

Yes, there is such a thing as both of the above. The difference is that 'haunting' is a repetitive activity in one place. Ghosts, or spirits, can go anyplace to make themselves seen or heard. It could very well be that 'haunting' is a memory that keeps being replayed in a particular place. Does that help?

Yes, there are such things as ghosts or hauntings. There is also such things as poltergiest and demands. Which ghosts, usually are harmless, poltergiest can terrorize you and demands can possess you. You should try watching A Haunting every Thursday on The Discovery Channel from 7pm-9pm.

unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this one for you. you will have to do some research and then come to your own conclusions. some people are adamant that they do exist and others feel just as strongly that they do not. in many instances, investigations have shown that the "hauntings" and "ghosts" can be explained by normal phenomena. however, there are many that cannot be explained. i have had personal experiences that have left me with no doubt that they do exist. you may want to check out some of "TAPS" (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) evidence. good luck.

Electrical energy dispelled by those who passed away with sad spirits can be measured in the correct circumstances. It is like they are cursed to roam the earth (until Judgement Day?).
Some people are very receptive to the energy and can visually see these spirits. I know of one little girl who could see a spirit up in the corner of a house. Her grandmother was able to see it as well.
I have a friend who visited a graveyard back in 1979, and was looking for a mutual friend. His car died. Then it started up again all by itself and the car drove itself out of the area - my friend was not at the wheel. It freaked him out so bad that he was crying when he met back up with us. My pastor suggested that perhaps something bad was going to happen to John, and some good spirit(s) hustled him away. He also said that his car was not electric (locks) and the door's locks all locked down all at once by themselves.
I would say they exist. Rarely, but they do.

I believe there are. If people spent alot of time in certain places when they were alive, happy or sad, why should they go neccasarily just because they have died.
They may want to be nearby the people they knew and loved. I know I would.
With sadness, sometimes they just don't face the truth, that they have gone on. Their physical bodies, I mean.

My daughter and I seen a ghost at the same time. He was haunting my old house.All I can say is that it was a grey mist that went passed the door way in the hall
