in that sidny crosby commercial how does he do that move can some one teach me

You've got to drag you stick behind you and scoop it up using the flex of your stick to pick up the puck., roll your wrists to kep it on your stick, Then of course you spin.

It's easier to do it with a composite stick, wood sticks don't have as much flex to them. Using a sharp blade helps too.

I wish I knew...one of the best moves I've seen by a hockey player. Guess we'll just have to practice like we did when we saw Tiger bounce his golf ball off the iron and then hit mid-air.
