I've been off of the depo shot for about three years. I rarely get a period. Maybe twice a year or so. There is no telling when one will come. Will I ever be able to have a baby? My husband and I want one now. ANyone else in this situation?

I understand how frustrating it can be trying to concieve. In one of the infertility groups I belong to we called depo evil because so many women had trouble getting pregnant after taking it. I would definatly see a reproductive therapist seeing that it has been three years. Always keep an open mind dh and I took 7 years to get pregnant doctors gave us less then 1% chance to get pregnant on our own. We were going to start the adoption process this year but instead celebrated the birth of our long awaited little girl. So if it is meant to happen it will. Just know that their are many of us that understand your longing and frustrations.

Well, all I can say is pray. i am not on the shot nor any birth control pills. I was pregnant last year and had a miscarriage. We have been trying every since then and even before that. My husband and I have been together for 8 yrs but only married 2. I think stress and the thought of trying to get pregnant is what is holding us back. We have been going to the doctor to get various test run: sperm count analysis among other test to see if we can get pregnant. Check with your gynecologist and see what he or she says

I understand how frustrating this can be, Being it has been 3 years i would seek medical advise b/c it could be that your timing is off, age, or maybe something very serious. Trust me relax it will make this whole situtation a little easier if you are not stressed b/c it could be making you not have a period. I wish you nuthin but good luck at making a baby....

maximum certainly!! I had neglected my era yet i did no longer think of i replaced into pregnant so i placed off taking a attempt. whilst i ultimately broke down and offered one i replaced into thinking "what a waste of money i could only wait this our till my era gets right here." through fact i certainly did no longer think of i could be pregnant. I wasn't having any warning signs, and only did no longer sense like i could be pregnant. I only felt some cramping, and that i theory that replaced into through fact i replaced into getting my era. yet when I took the attempt the subsequent morning. There it replaced into 2 pink lines. i'm due in 2 days to have our son. Kyler. So my suggestion is only take the attempt whether you do no longer sense pregnant. as properly it is going to placed your techniques at relax to be attentive to. desire i replaced into some help.

Maybe you can consider adoption. I know an adorable little girl that was adopted because her present day parents couldn't conceive. She was given to this couple a week or two after she was born. She is 3 now and loves her parents very much.

My advise to you is speak to an infertility doctor, so it can be determined. He can tell you what you options are. I would depend on someone other then a doctor who actually specialize in this kind of problem. Good Luck

My crystal ball says maybe. Keep in mind you don't have to have your period to ovulate. You get preggo when you ovulate, not when you have your period.
