And the whole slitting there wrists thing is so sterotipiacal (sp?) i know of many preps that cut there wrists. and if people are in the category 'emo' you shouldnt make fun of them, its wrong.

When I here Emo I think of the dessert that they sell in gas stations, those little square suckers are so good.

People aren't against Emo's. That is so stereotypical. Most people that call themselves "Emo's" are posers anyway. The same with Goth's seeking attention. You can say that about everyone. Preps, the list goes on. In our society everyone tries to fit in somewhere. They say they are trying to express themselves, but are you really if there are millions of people dressing and acting as you?

I've had bad experiences with Emos and personally don't like the clothes.

because they set the wrong image for people. slitting your wrists is not good. its wierd and if everyone did it little kids would be slitting their wrists

Because they act how they act to get attention. People who constantly requesting attention with their behavior and looks usually get it - weather it be highly positive from their peers or highly negative from people who are against them.
