=your Mother is dying and you are still at home looking for a phone number? What about other relatives or Friends that might have her number since her son doesn't. I wouldn't waste anymore time. I would be on the next flight out if that was mine Mother.. I lost mine 23 years ago. Once she is gone she is gone. Now get moving please. Nothing else should matter at this point. Best Wishes.
