If you watch the episode of The Girls Next Door where him and Holly celebrate 5 years together it explains it.....She is the main girlfriend, the one that has been there the longest, the one who shares a bedroom with him (and the prettiest) and the other one has been there for 3 years and sleeps in another bedroom. Sometimes all three of them sleep together and the sporty one has only been with him for 1 1/2 years but she's only the one he has the least amount of things in common with. It's weird but the explain it in detail.
