Patsy Cline. I don't think she has the Best Voice, but it is pretty Awsome, and she opened the door for Woman to make it in a Mans World when it came to singing.

Okey dokey...
My top three are Candice Night, Debbie Harry, and Tarja Turunen. They all have different styles and voices. If I had to choose between them then Tarja would win because I loved her work with Nightwish. Her voice is so classical and rich and yet still very modern and relevant.
