Howard Payne-Speed
Mad bomber with the coolest lines to boot! "Pop quiz, hotshot...", "Poor people are crazy, Jack. I'm eccentric.", "In two hundred years we've gone from "I regret but I have one life to give for my country" to "F*ck you!", "Are you ready to die, friend?" and my all-time favourite, "Do not attempt to grow a brain!" Dennis Hopper turns in a stellar performance as he hams it up as the villian who gleefully taunts Keanu throughout the entire movie!
Darth Vader-Star Wars
Need I say more? The definition of evil. (Heavy breathing)
Scar-Lion King
Jeremy Irons has the perfect silky voice for the dastardly, scheming brother of Mufasa who steals the throne from Simba. I love this exchange:
"Young Simba: Hey, Uncle Scar. Guess what?
Scar: I despise guessing games.
Young Simba: I'm going to be King of Pride Rock.
Scar: Oh Goodee.
Young Simba: My dad just showed me the whole kingdom. And I'm gonna rule it all. Heheh.
Scar: Yes, well forgive me for not leaping for joy. Bad back, you know.
Young Simba: Hey Uncle Scar, when I'm King, what'll that make you?
Scar: A monkey's uncle.
Young Simba: You're so weird.
Scar: You have no idea."
Pure menace when he said the last line.
Barbarossa and Davy Jones-Pirates of the Caribbean 1 & 2
Truly frightening pirates with some interesting facial features...one is a disgusting immortal skeleton when viewed under moonlight and the other is a gruesome mutant sea creature who can play some mean chords on the organ!
Hans Gruber-Die Hard
Worthy adversary to Bruce Willis' swaggering John McClane, Alan Rickman sneers and rolls his German accent with delight. And his 'fall' from grace at the end is truly spectacular.
Chick Hicks-Cars
Not so much a bad guy, but more as a really annoying, dirty, no-good cheater. He will do whatever it takes to get his way and win the Piston Cup, even if it means shoving Lighning aside several times throughout the movie and nearly killing The King towards the end. And he rips-off Lightning's signature move! Ka-chinga! Now THAT is horrible.
