Yes, I have had this happen, usually after a long period between ejaculations. Especially if you are younger. I think this way: Semen has to come out one way or the other - so in times of abstinence it can happen. Don't worry about it. It's not serious. This is usually when for whatever reasons, it's been a while since you had an ejaculation.

Sounds like your solid waste removal system is putting a wee bit of pressure on yoru prostate and resulting in a wee bit of semen being pushed out. Probably nothing to worry about but (and yes there is a but), you should see your doctor and get yourself one thorough head to toe and all points in between checkup just to be on the safe side. It might be an enlarged prostate or other cause that might require a little monitoring or possibly treatment. Better safe than sorry when it comes to the plumbing equipment.

When you go to the bathroom, there is some pressure on the prostate gland. This may cause a drop or two of prostatic fluid to be discharged. Nothing to worry about at all.

When you're doing what we used to call "number two" it puts a little pressure on the surrounding organs and sometimes semen or urine will "leak" a little. It happens. Not to worry.
