It really depends on where the score is, how many bags you have already, and what the bids are...
For instance if the other team has 300 and 9 bags and your team has 400 and 2 bags and you went nil but booked, you've tied the game. In this case you would not want to take more books because 1 more book and they will lose 100 points.
You have to do some quick calculations to see if it would be to your advantage to book or not.
