What are some tips for being able to run with more speed and power. I play TE in football and I'm currently in basketball.

For speed, consider running track and field. If not, in your off season do sessions in the weight room with legs. Also run 1/4 miles and 300 meter dashes. A workout could be as followed
Weight room-legs/core
4 quater miles under 65 seconds
6 200 meter dashes under 35 seconds

kick your self in the a s s kick your leg high get a big stride and breath a deep breath through you nose out your mouth swing your arms keep your head up repete 3 times a week

Try sprinting more or doing more leg training. I'm not an expert, but its just a thought.

lol.....while my dad's away and are not able to decide upon me up and i am approximately to overlook the bus (which might actually imply me having to take an hour lengthy stroll again dwelling as there are not another shipping amenities in which i reside!!)
