It's true that Manchester United have expressed interest in Adu. In fact, he is set to complete a two-week trial with them this month.
When the transfer window opens in January, Man U might sign him, after paying a hefty sum to DC United. Then again, they might not. It's likely that Adu will go overseas, but I'm not sure he's the right fit for Man U, since he is a bit undersized. I could see him better fitting into a Spanish or Italian system than the Premiership.

He's coming on trial. But even if he impresses and signs a contract with United, Chelsea will just kidnap him like they did with John Obi Mikel.

FREDDY ADU IS GOING ON A 2 WEEK TRIAL AND IF HE DOES WELL OF COURSE HE WILL PROBABLY SIGN A CONTRACT FOR UNITED. BUT I HOPE HE DOESNT BEACUSE I WANT HIM TO SIGN FOR CHELSEA.

Unfortunately i think it is true yes, although he would be better coming to play in Bolton with big Sam, he`d keep him in shape

he just train with m-u for 2 weeks training not mean he's going play with in actual game with them agasin other clubs, if do good, it will attract many europe clubs to wanted him.

this guy was complainin about his playin time in dc united. i doubt he will get much even if he gets a contract. but i wish this guy the best.
