fruits and vegatables. stay away from too much chocolate, too much caffiene, and too much alcohol. smoking can also wreak havoc with your skin... cleanse daily, deep clean weekly... goo luck!

Drinking a liter of water a day is very healthy for your skin.
Also, try some foaming cleanser. It purges dirt out of your pores and leaves your skin feeling fresh. I do this every morning, and I have a pretty good complexion. Eating a lot of fats isn't good for your complexion either. Diet has a lot to do with it, so watch what you eat.

Do eat: Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, chicken, fish and drink LOTS of water.
Don't eat: Fries, pizza, burgers, nuts or any fatty foods. Also cookies, cake, soda/pop, candy, ice cream and anything with sugar.
Wash your face well, use as little make-up as possible, unscented.
AND don't touch your face with your hands!! Remember where they've been! :o)

Eat grilled meats and stay away from fried meats. Eat fruits and vegetables. Stay away from Coke, Pepsi, and other soda drinks but you can drink Dr. Pepper because Dr. Pepper doesn't cause acne. Drink plenty of water and you can drink tea. Stay away from chocolate and French fries.

Well a lot of things are helpfull for your skin. But a reallly bad thing to eat would be anything with oils

Plenty of Fruits & Vegitables and stop picking at your face completely.
Avoid saturated fats and complex sugars ie soft drinks, fried chicken, etc... you get the idea.
If you think it's bad for you...it probably is.
