Yes with a parent consent. Your too young for sex. Birth control pills might not be your problem. Having sex and needing birth control is the problem. Open up and have this conversation with your mom.

probably so but i would advise against it. there are a lot of chemicals in the pill and some serious side effects if your not careful.13 is to young to be taking the pill or to be having sex.

yes go to your local plan parenthood & they give it out for free.
don't be scared to go it may be the most important thing you do.
if your thirteen & sexing it up a lot i reccomment it
