Frequent estabishments where celebrities are known to get highly intoxicated and be lucky enough to be the person to grab their cell phone when they drop it. Then go through their phone book to get other celebrities numbers.
(Of course you really shouldn't do this)
But you could write their fan clubs or contact their agents - though don't hold your breath.

Let us assume that you are a celebrity. If you found out that your phone number was on a web site how fast would you change your number. How quick would your lawyers close down the web site.
