No the ideas didn't die. Some people still cling to them. There is now going to be a better balance and exchange of ideas. That is healthy for everyone.

This is a deluded question.

Clearly the election was not a vote FOR the Clueless Dems, it was a vote AGAINST the forgetful Reps. This historic election demonstrates why the Democrats need the illegals and are so aggressive against the rise of third party candidates.

the elections were a master plan created by the republicans to ensure a republican president in 08 after the failure of the dems for 2 years . It is quite genious , that is the difference of dems and reps , dems think short term reps think long term

Two states voted against legalization of marijuana.

One state voted in favor of English as the official language.

One state voted against affirmative action.

Frankly, I hope it's the beginning of the end for both political parties. They've had a stranglehold on our political system for far too long. It's time for both parties to go away. -RKO-
