I had a best friend in school who used vaseline on her eyelids as eyeshadow. She did it during our entire high school life and nothing ever happened to her eyes.

Make up artists are using vaseline nowadays so I'm sure it's not unhealthy. I would use a new applicator every time or if you use your hands make sure you wash them before applying.

Vaseline (petroleum jelly) is perfectly safe around your eyes, and if you get a little in your eye it is harmless. Vaseline is a perfect way to get that natural look too!

Vaseline is not a good choice for around the eyes. If you can't find something specifically for the eyes try Vit E oil, safer and much better for the skin.

No Vaseline is fine to use on eyes. I use it to stick glitter on my eyes and cheeks. :) Good luck with the dewy wet look :)

No don't do it, The Vaseline could possibly get right in your eyes.
