I am very upset that producers have chosen that ugly guy to play an iconic James Bond. It is terrible and they did it for the remake of the original movie that started it all. I refuse to see the movie anyone else? Any other comments?

Just for the record, I am not sad that Brosnan got replaced, I dont think Daniel Craig is the right choice thats all. He might be a good actor but a bad choice for Bond.

I totally agree. I'm not a live and die Bond freak, but, I'm a fan. Craig doesn't look like a Bond.......James Bond. What were they thinking. Bond is supposed to be suave and handsome. This guy's not even close.

That's the whole point of Casino Royale! This is bonds first film this is how he come about. So that's why the ending was " The names bond James Bond". Your obviously not a huge James Bond fan because their has been sexual tension between Bond and M for years and years! Hope this helped.

I'm very disappointed myself. Ever since they got Daniel Craig to play the new James Bond, it made me wish that Pierce Brosnan would come back. I too absolutely refuse to watch the new movie no matter how much popupar it will be (which I truly doubt). Anyway, Im glad someone feels the same way. Thanks.

Couldnt agree more. Daniel Craig just doesnt have the Bond charisma. Sean Connery will always be the best Bond for me. I also refuse to see the latest movie, though it will show us how he got to be 007 in the first place. But still, 2 hours of Daniel Craig trying to work a gun that is too big for him? No thank you...

He looks pretty hot on the trailer when he's coming out of the water in those tight trunks. Yummy.
I liked him in Tomb Raider and that wasn't a particularly likeable movie.
I'll give him a chance. The last few movies haven't been super, so I think a change will be good. I love the series and I'm glad to see some new life injected into it.
Which is really odd because I'm a purist - don't get me started on colorizing B&W movies - it should be illegal. :)

While I was not (and still am not) happy with the choice for the new James Bond, I have seen the previews and trailers for the movie and have to admit it looks pretty good.

Personally I like pierce brosnan the best.
The new guy is really different, heck he's not even a brunette.
I was hoping they would have picked the guy from Transporter I ands II. He would have made a great Bond.
