hi everyone strange request i know. Right i need a good web site that i can use to research the history of a house in harlow essex england. it is not an historic building just a regular home so any help is greatly appreciated cheers

You might try here. There is a link about searching home histories, but it apparently is focused on the historic.

you may be able to look through public records in the city hall or online

in America we have appraisal districts which sometimes supply this information, I don't know if it is the same in England

any place which holds records of the buying and selling of property may grant access but I am not certain

i used a local site (ie i live in leeds so i went to my towns info page and there were links) if not google history of my home

ask the real estate agent. i think they're required by law to tell you how to get this info.
