i was told it was a quote from the bible, is that true

I've heard, "Beware the low men!" but not, "Beware the yellow man!"

"Beware the low men!" comes from a book and movie called 'Hearts in Atlantis'. 'Low men' referred to government agents who were trying to force psychics into cooperation with the government. I f the psychics resisted, the low men would capture them.

WWII as this was an effort to make the Oriental Races appear inhumane so the Allied Forces would find it easier to kill them because of their not having human qualities.
