Beat the **** out of him.
No dont do that. Just tell him to stop and if he dosnt...start singing with him, but dont sing the right words, sing it wrong on purpose.

The more you are annoyed, the longer he will continue to sing it, don't you get it? Pretend it doesn't bother you and eventually his voice will give out. Eventually...
