Good for her. The last thing she needs is you tearing away at her confidence. She did not need to lose weight in the first place and I think you have a very wharped idea of what looks good.
Maybe you are too used to looking at perfectly airbrushed underweight models in magazines, but this is really life, not the catwalk and it is not acceptable or helpful to recommend unecessary weight loss.
If you want her friendship or whatever, then you need leave this weight issue alone. Concentrate on your own issues, as it appears you have some that you need help with. If you can't do that, you don't deserve her. Sorry, I know you are probably a nice guy, but this is very wrong. Take care : )

Never tell a woman she needs to lose weight! Ever
She just dropped 25 lbs and you're asking for 5 more. She wants you to be stoked with her, not point out her remaining flaws. Do you have any idea how difficult it can be to lose 25lbs?
If I were you and it were important, I'd apologize profusely.
Ask her what she wants and support her efforts to achieve her goals. That's what they want.
Good Luck

Good for her!!!! If all you value her for is her weight, she is well rid of you. at 5'6" and 130 lbs, she was already at a proper weight. Now that she knows you are nothing but a shallow berk, she should be able to live a wonderful life.

You were only thinking about yourself when you told her to lose weight and not her. She must have REALLY liked you to actually DO IT for you. Then, when it didn't make you happy, she realized how selfish you are and that you'll never think of anyone but yourself, then she gave up and has moved on.

Time to start making it up to her. And I think you discovered that telling a woman anything about her weight (except to congratulate her when she is successful) is setting yourself up for some hard times.
I think the best way to start making it up to her to be straight forward and sincere with an apology.

Oh boy, you must make this up to her ASAP. Do something outrageous to get her back. Tell her how proud of her you are for her losing the weight.
