if you put the pre order charge on a credit card, simply contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. They will cancel it for you regardless of what the store says.

If you paid cash, go in there and make a scene. Argue with the manager and stand up for yourself. If after awhile he or she still wont give you your money back, ask for that person's manager.

If it is a mall type game store like gamestop or EB games, ask for the person's district manager. I can assure you that if you complain up to a higher level that these district managers do not want to deal with things like this and will simply tell the store manager to give you back your money.

Don't let them screw you especially if they did not tell you about the bundle up front.

If you complain loud enough, someone will listen.

thats bull.. deposits are refundable.. i put a deposite on the slim ps2 and got my deposit back.. and gamestop said if anything on the release of the new system you can get your money back.

they should make an exception considering they were the ones to make the mistake and i would point that out when you go back to wherever you preordered it from.
