Does instant messaging on your phone cost money?

I want to get a smart phone to chat, but if it costs money i'll stick with my computer.

Yes it does. You will be charged for the amount of data you use when you are connected (assuming you are connecting over GPRS). It may be a small amount per message but it could soon add up.

ok i think the second choice that will be what you are going to do
stick with your computer
