I don't think you can...you might as well just do it.

If you are concerned about your mum finding out about you going to therapy that makes me think that you are under the age of 16.

If you are having problems the worst thing you can do is hold it all in and not talk to anyone.

If you can't talk to your parents, can you talk in confidence to one of your friends parents or even an aunt or uncle?, failing that, what about a school councellor?

Suicide is not the answer, think of the pain you will put your family through. Think how let down and disappointed in themselves by knowing you couldn't talk to them about your problems.

Nothing is as bad as it seems, the help you need is out there, don't be afraid to ask for it.

Ohh you poor thing! Try to stay positive. We all get depressed sometimes, but I promise you things will get better. Judging by the mom comment I'd guess you're a teenager or younger... this is a tough time for everybody, keep your chin up!

If you are considering therapy, just tell your parents. I'm sure, if they love you as parents should, they'll support you through this horrible time.

Please, please think before you do something so terrible. Imagine how much people would miss you.

First, let me tell you that suicide is the only sin that God will not forgive you for and be assured that if you do this you will go straight to HELL and burn for eternity. Now in the part of the country where I live it is very hot in the Summer months. I can't imagine burning in Hell forever. Truthfully, I don't think you should even contempalte suicide. Get off of the Internet and call a sucide help line. There are people who are trained to deal with whatever it is in your life that you believe is going so bad. Sometimes I get depressed too, but always remember this too shall pass. Life is not all bad, you're just having a tough time right now. Call a school counselor, call a minister, go to a church for help. I'm sure that there are mininsters and churches who will extend a helping hand without letting your Mom know. You may not be able to do what you want right now but it won't always be this way. If you commit suicide it is for certain that you will NEVER EVER do what you want because you won't be around. Please, Please get some help. You really do have a lot to live for. The devil is responsible for you feeling the way you do. The Bible says that he comes to steal, kill, and destroy us. The way he does this is bu playing with our minds and putting suicidal thoughts into our heads. Please don't believe his hype. Things will get better. I will be praying for you even as you read this message. I have a real relationship with God and I know he can save you from this madness. I used to work with teens at a local facility where I live and we've had some folks to actually commit suicide. The one thing that I hear the relatives who they've left behind say is If they had just come to me and talked about it. If you feel that you can't talk to your Mom talk to someone. Call a prayer line but do not commit suicide. Your Mom will be devastated for the rest of her life. Nothing is worth killing yourself for...NOTHING!

If we knew that then we'd all be happy. Get out of the house, chill with some friends, watch a funny movie. Sitting at home feeling depressed is real bad for the soul.

Anxiety and Depression begins in the mind. You can start thinking of all of the reasons you will want to live. Perhaps to have a happy family life of your own some day with a loving husband and children.
You must find a way to control your thoughts. A good way is to start to communicate directly with God. Tell Him
your problems, listen to soft inspirational music, get involved in a christian youth group and attend church.

What you need to do is sit down and began to let God know how you feel. After that ask Him to come into your life and feel you with His present so you could began to experience His peace. He will do that because He loves you so very much. He has a plan for your life and He knows the way to recovery. He is the light and the life of your life. Give Him a chance to feel you with His precious Holy Spirit. God is the healer of all broken hearts and He can and will heal you today if you call out to Him in prayer. What I want you to do my friend is pick up your bible and read the book of John all the way through. After that start reading the whole New testament. Jesus will began to speak to you through His Words. He will began to show you who you are in Him and what you have in Him. He will began to heal your heart and give you encouragement to go on in life to do His Will. Remember He loves you very much my friend. God bless you.

Stop being so bloody selfish then.

Why not think about how you will absolutely devastate your mothers life? She will go to her grave blaming herself for your death.
And all your friends will, your family, you will destroy them all for the rest of their lives and i know this through experience.

Saying your not willing to seek therapy because you don't want your mum to know is stupid, think about what your saying.

Go to your GP tomorrow, tell him how you feel and get some help which will give you a life you will want to live to the full.

You might think i'm being harsh here, but after i've spent the last 3 years fighting cancer i don't want to hear about someone giving up so easily.

We all live in very troubled times. I personally do not believe in therapy or medication, what you need is a life with a bright future to pick up your spirits. As hard as it may appear you have to stand up and become active, no one is going to spoon feed you, you have to do it for yourself. Read about the "somerian tablets", "Annunaki" and "Zecharia Sitchin", open your eyes on your computer to magic, punch those things into your search engine. Do it, lose yourself in the gift I have just given you, you may well wish to thank me.

If your life is that bad, maybe your mom SHOULD know. She loves you, and I'm sure if you talked to her about what's going on she'll try her best to help you out of this. That's what moms are for.
