It's eight at one time. A women's body can't hold many more than that. You will be risking all the babies health as well as their own before, during, and after they give birth. A woman was confined in a hospital room for the last two to three months because there were to many babies in their. Since woman don't go through meiosis throughout their life to create new egg cells, it is very rare to have that many and partially unhealthy.
