I have this friend who will come over then stay way past when she is welcome. But if I tell her to just leave she will get mad at me. Same when I am at her house she will not let me leave then when I do she makes me feel bad. How can I be kind and GET HER OUT OF MY HOUSE?!??!?!

Start doing something she hates, or simply say "I hate to be rude, you know I love your company but I've got other things to do right now, we'll talk later OK?"

If she gets mad then maybe you need to re-evaluate whether or not she's worth the trouble.

Good luck honey!

Just be straight up with her and say that you have a curfew for your friends when they are at your house and she either needs to obide by that or she cant come over anymore, same thing when you are her house..Tell her you need to be home at a certain time and if she has a problem with that tell her you wont be coming over anymore.

Point out her flaws, just tell her "not to be offencive or anything but i think that sometimes u make me feel uncomfortable how u stay at my house really late and u wouldn't let me go when i'm at ur place. So, if u could change or watever..etc"

Just tell her you have something important to do that is family related. Make sure you are clear that it is just for family and she isn't welcome. If that doesn't work you have to be honest with her and tell her how you feel. Just do it in a way that isn't hurtful. By telling her how you feel you are making her a better person because no one will want to be around her if she continues this behavior!

Tell her that you have a surprise for her outside, once she's out lock the door and yell in victory!
Or, tell her you need to go somewhere.

Fart and Belch on her.

Ask her if she's ever thought of experimenting with the lesbian lifestyle?

Tell her that you hear her mother calling.

Tell her that K-Fed is lying naked in her bedroom.

Tell her straight out that she's over stayed her welcome and to get out!
