okay so here's the deal. I recently bought a really cute statue of a football player for my boyfriend. I loved it because it has the same number on it's jersey as my bf's. the problem is, it's not our school's colors, and i don't know what kind of paint i should use. It's a little statue, but it's like.....fuzzy-ish? i don't know how to describe it. i guess i can just say it's a fuzzy statue. can someone tell me what it's made of or what kind of paint i can use to paint it our school colors? =) thanks.

Whoa girl! hold on!!! I know exactly what your talking about. I used to have one too. Is it fuzzy, but just very lightly? I wouldn't recommend painting it. With that fuzzy texture the paint won't go on smooth and you'll be able to see the cracks the paint could reach well. If anything try airbrushing...if you can get access to that I think that would definitely work!

I know what your talking about, but I dont know what its called. My idea is to get regular paint and paint a small part of it (like a shoe on the statue) and wait for it to dry. When it drys see how it looks. If it looks alright finish the rest of it.
