Any crime where the primary contact or criminal activity is done through the Internet, e-mail, or some other form of online activity. Examples include e-mail phising and phreaking, the Nigerian scam, and online child predation.

As an expert, someone who has been incessantly harrassed.. here is a definition of a cyber crime in a category.
when a user is violated in terms of use, operation, communication and transfer of data, sound, personal conversations, visual images,and is raped by the extent of the abuser interfering for the purposes to violate privacy, undermind, harrass, abuse, threaten or corrupt the actual functions of which the internet and ones computer is intended for.

Not just according to me, according to the law.
Any criminal actions using computers or networks as the tool. Some inclusions are; spam, copyrite crimes, identity theft, child pornography, online gambling, securities fraud.

nothing. but then again.. i think fights should be allowed, cursing, and every other form of expression and dealing with problems outside of killing someone...
