I dont think so they're kinda bumpy so they design might not stay

The execution of the silk screen design would depend on the pigment that you will be using (colors) normal pigment is rubber like and is then baked to set the print. Ribbing or fleece would cause the design to become more fragmented, but is many cases this could be a design enhancement.

You can silk screen on to bananas. But it depends on the substrate. If it's cotton, youve got a good chance, but avoid the polys and nylons.
