First off, Winston Churchill lived from 1874 to 1965.
Second, you didn't give enough information about the coin. Is it Silver, Bronze or Gold? Many commemoratives are made in all three medals and of course have different new purchase prices. Another aspect of this whole business is condition and packaging. As a collectible not only does the metal its made of matter, but how well preserved and if its in its original packaging.

I suspect you probably have a bronze and its in decent condition since he hit 80 in 1954--which would make the coin only 53 years old. There is such a coin on sale at Ebay, i've given you the URL below. Note that this coin only sold for $4.55. So I suspect the coin you have is not worth much more than that.

was born in 1874 if it was the big coin worth 5 shillings in its day they are worth about £10
